A close friend loaned me the use of her kiln and said, “Have fun figuring it out!”

And I did! It took about 6 months to get the cracking and glaze issues under control, but now I’ve got a good handle on it. I have fallen in love with ceramics. I took some classes back in 2016 with a friend in Atlanta and it wasn’t until 2021 that I happened upon the kiln here in Florida. I am spending more and more of my time on ceramics and I just love it! My work has been pretty sloppy, but I’m getting better and better. I am solely hand-building; I’m not using a wheel or slip casting. I love it and I hope that love shows through each piece! Please visit my Etsy shop or visit my online store to check availability. Message me if you want a custom piece.

Here are just a few of my favorite things so far. Updated May 2022.

New collection.

These little bears make me happy. Small batches of them are born out of the kiln about once every 2 months.
